Job Description:
- Prior experience: 5 - 8 years' experience in project management of Mining related projects and hands-on plant experience.
- Develop and deploy a market Plan which includes lead generation, opportunity identification, competitive assessment and growth initiatives recommendations.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Is responsible for driving / increasing sales, develop mining market by leveraging the strategy to grow presence in India.
- Providing product promotion seminars to clients as required or directed.
- Understanding Customer buying process, identifying key stakeholders / influencers and build strong trust & relationship with them.
- Assist in the development of Strategic Marketing Plans to attack mining and related market segments and customers.
- Eager to have an understanding of various engineering systems and product knowledge of ABEL pumps to give technical solution to customers.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Experience of dealing with international customers, intercultural understanding and international orientation in thinking and acting.
- Experienced in the use of all modern means of communication as well as of Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.
- Solution-oriented, hands-on, strong negotiation skills and independent thinking personality with a strong sense of initiative.
- Stress resistant, analytical skills, strong communication skills, high customer orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Weekly updates in CRM, Monthly updates on KPI ("Key Performance Indicator Bowler Charts").
- Training agents/ distributors.
- Execution of orders for engineering approval, commercial , commissioning and handover to after sales team.
- Proficiency in Commercial issues to check and comment contract conditions, invoicing, payment terms, INCOTERMS, LC, BGs, Commercial documentation of projects.
Technical competency:
- Market intelligence & Analytical skills: Collect market, competitor information to draw selling strategies for achieving respective booking and sales goals.
- Value selling & negotiation: Ability to sell premium products through deeper understanding of needs, favorably positioning of the product/solution and differentiation on overall value to customer.
- Channel & Key account Management: Build relationships with decision makers, collaborate and drive channel to achieve sales goals.
- Order & project management: Coordinate with customer, operations and other support functions to facilitate timely execution.
- Physical work environment of job: Frequent Travelling (>70%).
