Key Account Manager

Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and coordinate our lounge access via app initiatives.

- This role involves managing relationships with external partners including banks/ Fintechs, negotiating contracts and business development.

- The ideal candidate should be from the financial services/ credit card industry with excellent business development skills.

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary business point of contact for external partners, including banks and lounge operators.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business teams of various lounge partners.

- Collaborate with banks and network partners to facilitate discussions and agreements.

Operational Oversight:

- Manage operational tasks related to deployment and go-live processes for lounge access solutions.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges and implement solutions.

Contracting and Negotiations:

- Assist in contract discussions with external partners, ensuring terms align with company objectives.

- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to facilitate the contracting process.

- Ad-hoc work: Assist in any other ad-hoc/ operational work as may be required.

Experience and Skills:

- Prior experience of having worked in Banks/ Fintech/ Credit card industry.

- 3+ years of experience.

- Strong Business Development Skills.

- Location: Delhi (Near T3), on-site work.
