- We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis to join our finance team.

- The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, management information systems (MIS), and assisting with audits and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Financial Statements:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting financial data.

MIS and KPI Analysis:

- Develop and prepare management information systems (MIS) reports.

- Analyze financial and non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights for decision-making.

Power BI Review:

- Review and analyze data visualizations in Power BI.

- Share observations and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.

Audit Assistance:

- Assist in internal and external audits, including tax audits and due diligence processes.

- Prepare supporting documentation and schedules as required.

Accounting and Bookkeeping:

- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper bookkeeping practices.

- Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation required.

- 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Power BI.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
