- This role emphasizes strong analytical skills and technical expertise with a focus on Excel and Velixo for efficient data processing and presentation.

- The Financial Reporting Analyst will ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards, contributing valuable insights to inform business decisions and enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, analyze, and deliver comprehensive financial reporting packages for internal stakeholders.

- Collect, organize, and verify financial data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to deadlines.

- Use Excel and Velixo to process and present financial data in clear, concise formats.

- Develop insights from financial data to support business decisions and improve financial performance.

- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve discrepancies, streamline processes, and enhance reporting accuracy.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of financial policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

- Provide recommendations to enhance reporting efficiency and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data processing, formula usage, and data visualization.

- Experience with Velixo and ERP systems (preferred).

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with remote teams
