Job Summary:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and be proficient in financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- The role demands a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with auditors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, including

- balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Statutory Audit:

- Lead and coordinate statutory audits, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support.

Internal Audit:

- Liaise with internal auditors and support internal audits by providing accurate financial data and addressing audit queries.

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and treasury, to ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualifications: CA

Experience:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting & stat audit.

- Strong expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

- Experience working in Big 4, FMCG, Manufacturing, etc., with a solid understanding of the industry-specific financial challenges.
