WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- We are looking for a passionate & self-motivated individual who has the desire and capability to think out of the box for complex technical challenges.
- He will be responsible for managing designing qualified access control solution, making presales presentations, POCs, and compliance submissions within a given timeframe.
- Responsibilities also include submitting and preparing solution designing by reviewing the projects offline or on-site (if required) and establishing effective communication.
- This role will suit an individual who excels in a challenging and dynamic environment, enjoys providing world-class services, and has the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing sales presentations, solution designs, and architecture to help front-line salespeople with a better solution pitch.
- Managing the entire pre-sales process to support the sales team with POCs and Demonstration.
- Managing the entire pre-sales process (compliance, design, and solutions) to close new business opportunities.
- Identifying the requirement analysis and customization scope in the tender documents.
- Providing product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Submitting orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
- Providing technical training to client staff as required.
- Complying with legal requirements by keeping abreast of existing and upcoming legislation and advising the customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements.
- Preparing sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Contributing to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues and recommending options and courses of action.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent customer and service orientation combined with good communication and social competence.
- Candidate needs to maintain a good relationship with clients via quality support and customer interaction.
- Candidate will be required to document manuals, solutions, and case studies.
- Candidate will have the opportunity to travel abroad to extend technical support to overseas clients, as and when required.
- Candidate will gain hands-on experience while working in multiple technologies such as RFID, IoT, embedded systems, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, thereby sharpening their skills.
- Once well-versed with IDCUBE solutions, candidates may have the chance to take up responsibilities in Presales, Sales, Project Management, or Product Management.
Additional Qualifications:
- We are particularly interested in candidates with techno-commercial profiles who have experience in the Access Control, Biometrics, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Detection, and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) industries.
- Candidates with a background in these areas will be well-suited to contribute to and grow within our dynamic team, leveraging their expertise to drive our solutions forward in these specialized fields.
