Financial Analyst (3-5 yrs)

- Relationship with bankers and auditors.

- Need to prepare the data modelling.

- Financial model for monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly and years.

Education: CA/MBA

- Loan fund raising, MIS, Compliance, meger, acquisitions, financial models, monthly/quarterly reports,

Key Responsibility

- Prepare Financial Model for specific project, Annual business plan for the Company, Analysing of Forecast Trends etc Credit Rating Process (Relationship, Annual appraisal, Compliance, Coordination etc) Dealing with Lenders Engineer, External Consultant, Lawyers, Authorities Managing Cash flow (for AMNS and Head Office at JV Level) Assist the Head of Funding to raise Long Term Loan through Loan/NCD etc., including preparation of Proposal, Audit of Models, Agreement finalisation with Legal team, Coordination with Lenders, Attend various meetings , keep records , arrangement of funding, interaction with cross functional team / external consultants, financial closure Project Finance - MIS, Reporting and Various analytics reports, do the Loan compliances,

- Arranging various CA Certificate etc

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements. Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and audit processes.

- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors and oversee the completion of audits and regulatory filings. Track relevant RBI/SEBI circulars and agreements. CMA data Preparation and Finance MIS (Consolidate and analyse financial data, budgets, income statement forecasts etc) considering company's goals and financial standing.) Uphold standards through consolidation of quarterly reporting packages and thorough internal analysis of financial data

- Active involvement for various strategic projects such as merger and acquisition, Financial due diligence of entities / assets ECB compliance

Required skills and qualifications. 3-5 years experience working as a financial analyst Proficiency with financial software and tools - Microsoft, PowerBI, VBA

- Knowledge of statistical analysis processes and packages Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills Proficiency in English writing and speaking

- S4HANA knowledge would an added advantage .
