Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and business growth. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, SEM, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising).
• Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Optimize website traffic using SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Leverage data analytics to track performance and improve ROI.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

• Create lead generation campaigns to drive business growth.
• Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Content & Social Media Marketing

• Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging digital content.

Analytics & Performance Measurement

• Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools to track and report campaign performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business Analytics.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in financial services, fintech, or NBFC marketing is preferred.
• Certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint certification is an advantage.
