Digital Marketing Specialist

PCBS Consultancy is a digital marketing agency focused on e-commerce growth across multiple segments like luxury, beauty, and FMCG. We specialize in performance marketing, SEO, and CRM strategies to scale brands effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads for e-commerce growth.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
• Utilize CRM tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) for customer retention.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for higher ROI.
• Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

Requirements:

• 3-4+ years experience in performance marketing, SEO, and CRM tools.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in e-commerce marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
