Digital Marketing Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Analyze digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and return on investment (ROI).Generate reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and measure campaign effectiveness. Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our digital marketing efforts against industry standards and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing strategies with business goals. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to streamline digital marketing operations. Provide recommendations for budget allocation and resource optimization based on data analysis and insights.

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 years in Digital Marketing Executive/Analyst
Experience in Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
