Manager/ Senior Manager Digital Marketing - Performance Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION

He will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for scaling revenue, driving customer acquisition, and optimizing ROI through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Manage budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and ensure cost efficiency.

• Performance Analysis:

Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and generate performance reports.

Identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns for better performance.

• Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the growth, creative, and content teams to align strategies and campaigns with overall business objectives.

Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to optimize conversions.

• Performance Tracking Tools:

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing analytics tools to track, analyze, and report campaign performance.

• Budget Management:

Forecast, allocate, and manage budgets to achieve desired ROI and revenue targets.

• Competitor Research:

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and platform changes to enhance marketing efforts.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and with the product team to align messaging.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns.

• Skills:

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

Ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
