• Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitors and challenges in the NBFC sector.
• Analyse competitors, customer behaviour, financial products, and industry developments to support business strategy.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
• Develop and implement data collection methods, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews.

Consumer Insights & Demand Forecasting
Competitive Intelligence & Industry Benchmarking

• Monitor competitors' strategies, pricing models, and product launches.
• Conduct SWOT analysis and benchmarking studies to guide business positioning.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

• Work closely with senior management, product teams, and marketing teams to align research insights with business objectives.
• Present research findings to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes, financial policies, and economic trends affecting the NBFC market.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or SEMrush.
• Experience with survey tools like Qualtrics, Google Forms, or SurveyMonkey.
• Hands-on experience in financial analysis and demand forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in NBFC or Financial Services Sector is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with RBI regulations, lending trends, and fintech innovations is an advantage.
