Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and traditional channels.

* Generate and present regular reports on website traffic, social media engagement, email campaigns, and lead generation.

* Track ROI and KPIs for marketing initiatives.

* Market Research:Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

* Analyze customer demographics, preferences, and behaviors to guide marketing strategies.

* Stay updated on design and interior industry trends to inform campaigns.

* Campaign Optimization:Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to optimize advertising and promotional efforts.

* Test and recommend improvements for digital campaigns, including paid search, social media, and email.

* Identify opportunities for customer segmentation and personalized marketing.

* Brand Insights:Monitor brand sentiment across online platforms.

* Recommend strategies to strengthen the companys brand positioning and visibility.

* Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with lead-generation efforts.

* Partner with content creators and designers to deliver effective campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

* Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing analysis, preferably in the interior design or related industry.

* Technical Skills:Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

* Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.

* Knowledge of social media analytics (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest).

* Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights effectively.

* Creativity: Ability to think creatively to suggest innovative marketing strategies.
