Digital Marketing Associate - Google ads

Key Responsibilities:

1. Google Ads Management:
   
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, and YouTube) to meet sales and ROI targets.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
2. Performance Tracking:
   
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign metrics, trends, and performance.
3. Ad Copy & Creative Optimization:
   
• Develop compelling ad copy, headlines, and creative strategies to improve CTR and conversions.
• Coordinate with the creative team for banner and video asset development.
4. Audience Targeting & Bidding:
   
• Implement precise audience targeting, bid strategies, and A/B testing to optimize results.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with promotional sales, such as Shyaways discounts and offers.
5. Budget Management:
   
• Plan and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
6. Continuous Learning:
   
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and lingerie/fashion-related campaigns is a plus.
• Certification in Google Ads is an added advantage.
