HyFun Foods, a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Human Resources team. The below position is open for Immediate Joining.

Position Title: AM or DM Learning & Development (Manufacturing Plants)

Grade: Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager

Experience: 5-7 years

Age Group: Up to 35 years

Job Location: Mehsana, Gujarat

Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any stream / Master's preferred

Roles and Responsibility:

Training Design & Delivery:

• Conduct Process, Functional, Soft Skills, and Behavioral training for the following:

- Teams across all manufacturing units.

- Support/Enabling functions of the manufacturing division, such as SCM, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.

• Tailor training programs to address plant-specific requirements and challenges.

Content Development & LMS Management:

• Develop engaging training content tailored to the unique needs of manufacturing teams.
• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for content delivery and tracking.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA):

• Collaborate with Plant Managers and Functional Heads to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
• Develop a comprehensive training calendar based on TNA outcomes for plant employees

Compliance and Safety Training:

• Design and deliver compliance-related training, including safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Ensure all employees are trained on operational and workplace safety measures.

Performance Measurement:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and on-the-job performance improvements.
• Implement enhancements to training content and delivery based on feedback and evaluation results.

Collaboration and Engagement:

• Work closely with plant leadership and HR teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with operational goals.
• Partner with external trainers/vendors for specialized training requirements.

Innovative Learning Solutions:

• Introduce modern learning methodologies such as e-learning, gamification, and simulation-based training for manufacturing teams.
