Due to changing lifestyle, increasing income, nuclear families, etc. there has been tremendous growth in demand for Frozen Foods. This growth has facilitated food processing to be one of the fastest growing industry in recent times. Potato processing holds a significant share of this industry, therefore the dynamic& young management gave a new direction byventuring into manufacturing of Frozen French Fries and other Potato based Snacks. In the last decade, North Gujarat has emerged to be a leader in cultivation of processing variety of potato. All major processors source their potato from this region, therefore the organization is at a significant advantage since it enjoys a very good reputation & relationship with potato growers in & around North Gujarat and hence would leverage the same for organizing the continuous supply of best potato varieties for their processing plant.
