Deputy Manager - Learning and Development

HyFun Foods, a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Human Resources team. The below position is open for Immediate Joining.

Position Title: AM or DM- L&D Product Training and Agriculture Business

Grade: Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager

Experience: 5-7 years

Age Group: Up to 32 years

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any stream / Master's preferred

Roles and Responsibility:

Training Design & Delivery:

• Develop and conduct Product, Process, Sales, Functional, and Soft Skills training for teams across:

- Sales: Retail, Exports, ISPs, Food Service.

- Agriculture verticals.

- Corporate or Enabling Functions like HR, IT, Finance, etc.

Content Development & LMS Management:

• Create and update high-quality training content tailored to organizational and team-specific needs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for training delivery, tracking, and reporting.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA):

• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Develop training plans and schedules based on TNA outcomes.

Performance Measurement:

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance improvements.
• Continuously improve training modules based on participant and stakeholder feedback.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business goals.
• Coordinate with external trainers and vendors for specialized training needs.

Innovative Learning Solutions:

• Introduce modern and interactive training methods, including e-learning, gamification, and blended learning.
