Marketing Manager - Experiential (Trade shows & Exhibitions).
Essential Area of Expertise:
- Should have independently handled international exhibitions like Gulf Food, FoodEx, Wofex, SIAL, Anuga etc and brand tradeshows both in domestic and international markets.
- Experience in FMCG.
Desired Area of Expertise:
- Planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of tradeshows, exhibitions, and events to effectively promote our products and brand.
- Should have worked closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful representation at key industry events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement with key stakeholders.
Critical/Special Exposure:
- Should have independently handled international exhibitions.
Internal stakeholders:
- Sales: Country Heads.
- Marketing: Brand Team.
External Interface:
- Agency: Design & Execution.
- Vendor: Manpower & Logistics.
- Agency: Exhibition Owners/Correspondents.
Reporting to:
- General Manager - Marketing.
Purpose of the position:
- This position is vital for ensuring that HyFun is strategically represented at industry events both domestic and global, facilitating business growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- The person is expected to enhance brand visibility, creating impactful customer experiences, and driving lead generation through the effective management of tradeshows, exhibitions, and events.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Event Strategy and Planning: Develop an annual calendar of tradeshows, exhibitions, and events aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.
- Create tailored event strategies that target specific audience segments and align with brand messaging.
Event Execution and Management:
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, venue selection, booth design, logistics, staffing, and vendor management.
- Ensure timely and efficient coordination of event setup, on-site support, and breakdown.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and agencies to deliver high-quality event experiences.
Brand Activation and Promotion:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging on-site activations, brand experiences, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure that all branding and messaging are consistent with overall brand guidelines.
- Ensure product displays and promotional materials are creatively aligned to attract customers and partners.
Sales Support and Lead Generation:
- Develop strategies for lead capture, follow-up, and reporting after each tradeshow.
- Monitor performance metrics for event ROI, including lead generation, brand exposure, and sales impact.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with event organizers, venue managers, booth contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all event-related regulations.
Post-Event Reporting and Analysis:
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness of each exhibition, identifying key learnings and areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed reports on event ROI, including lead generation, customer feedback, and overall performance.
Experience: 7-10 Years.
Essential Qualification: MBA in Marketing.
