Key responsibilities areas:
- Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for sale of appliances on credit to retailers across the region.
- Lead customer relationships with maximize strong repeat business consistently week on week.
- Work closely with financing partners to co-develop business opportunities and close orders.
- Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to adjust business approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements through diligent compliance and accurate reporting.
- Address customer queries and resolve escalations efficiently to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:.
Essential:.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Having 5+ years of experience in a similar field.
- Experience in sale of financial and consumer durable products.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic sales decisions.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- This role is a field based role and requires extensive travelling in region of upto 22 days per month.
