Regional Manager

Key responsibilities areas-

• Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for sale of appliances on credit to

retailers across the region.

• Lead customer relationships with maximize strong repeat business consistently week on

week.

• Work closely with financing partners to co-develop business opportunities and close

orders.

• Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to adjust business approaches

and maintain a competitive edge.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements through diligent

compliance and accurate reporting.

• Address customer queries and resolve escalations efficiently to deliver exceptional

customer service and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Having 5+ years of experience in a similar field.
• Experience in sale of financial and consumer durable products.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic sales decisions.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
• This role is a field based role and requires extensive travelling in region of upto 22 days per month.
