Senior Manager - Business Development & Client Servicing

Experience:

• 10+ years of strong Ad Sales (Corporate) experience in OOH Media, Radio, TV, or Print Media (OOH experience preferred).
• Proven track record in concept selling, brand planning, business development, and alliances.
• Hands-on experience in acquiring and managing large corporate clients/advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with brands, businesses, and industries to drive media usage and ad sales revenue.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers and marketing heads at top corporate clients.
• Develop and pitch consumer engagement strategies for long-term client partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive market coverage and new business development.
• Create tailored sales strategies and negotiate win-win associations with clients and agencies.
  Monitor market trends and responses to strengthen client relationships and business opportunities.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and ensure target achievements.

• Strong expertise in media sales (OOH, Radio, TV, Print) with a network of pre-existing client & agency relationships.
• Solution-driven approach with the ability to identify client priorities and offer strategic advertising solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools.
