Preferred Industry: Medical Device Organizations Only

Key Evaluation Criteria for Candidates:

Proficiency in Excel

Strong people management skills

Assess whether the candidate is a true leader in people development

Willingness to travel extensively

Areas of accountability

- Drive the sales team to follow the pre-defined call plan based on Segmentation and Targeting and review activity to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts

- Develop and drive Account Specific Action Plans together the sales team for respective high priority accounts

- Drive execution of portfolio and pricing strategy as defined by country management

- Ensure 100% execution of all annual business plan activities during the business year

- Ensure new patient discharge on products through sales team and timely submission in CRM

- Liaison between sales and other functions in the organization to ensure problem solving and support

- Drive tender mapping and bidding process in the region

- Ensure compliance with dealer management, daily sales outstanding

- Develop own relationships with KOL and high priority accounts to augment selling effort and negotiate contracts with customers at the highest level as needed

- Creates transparency in secondary sales, e.g. from dealers to hospitals

- Always ensure compliance with the Company code of conduct.

- Promote a culture in the region that reflects the company's values, encourages high performance, and reward results of the sales team

- Gathers and feeds back market information from his sales team on S&T and competitor understanding.

Education & Experience

- 10+ years of work experience in Sales

- 5+ years of work experience leading teams spread across a large region

- Science/ B. Pharmacy graduate with Master's in Business Management

- Majority work experience in a medical devices organization
