Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Marketing Strategy:
- Lead the creation of go-to-market strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze customer needs and the competitive landscape to create effective propositions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate marketing efforts with product roadmaps.
2. Performance Marketing Execution:
- Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display ads.
- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Efficiently allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) to track KPIs and campaign success.
- Regularly report on metrics like CAC, LTV, and user acquisition rates.
- Implement A/B testing and growth techniques to improve conversion and retention.
4. User Engagement & Retention:
- Own and optimize the user funnel to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with product and customer teams to improve user engagement through in-app campaigns and push notifications.
5. Collaboration and Leadership Reporting:
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
- Report on key performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
6. Scaling the Product:
- Focus on scaling the product's user base through impactful marketing strategies.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including regional expansion and partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (4-7 Years) in performance marketing, particularly in tech or mobile app environments.
- Expertise in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram) and data analytics (CPA, CPC, LTV, etc.).
- Strong understanding of mobile-first marketing, user acquisition, and app store optimization (ASO).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRM, referral programs, and lifecycle marketing.
Education:
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
