Job Description

Role Overview:

We're looking for a driven and dynamic Growth Manager to join our team and take charge of optimizing our product strategy, driving business growth, and developing strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the app's product vision, manage business KPIs, enhance the customer journey, and optimize funnels for acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. This role combines business acumen with a strong customer-centric approach, requiring a deep understanding of product metrics and financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Product Management:

- Work on product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for the lending app.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, data science and credit operations teams to deliver new features and improvements.

- Prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

- Continuously assess and improve product performance through data analysis, customer feedback, and industry insights.

2) Business Metrics & KPIs:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and measure the app's success (e.g., signups, loan origination, default rates, customer acquisition cost, and revenue).

- Use data insights to optimize product offerings and improve decision-making processes.

- Evaluate large marketing partners to onboard , which will further help drive the business.

3) Customer Funnel Management:

- Own and optimize the customer acquisition and retention funnel, ensuring smooth transitions from awareness to loan application, approval, and repayment.

- Identify key friction points in the customer journey and implement strategies to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion rates.

- Analyze customer behavior and develop strategies for increasing app engagement and reducing churn.

4) Cross-sell & Upsell Strategy:

- Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).

- Leverage customer data and segmentation to create personalized product offerings and marketing campaigns.

- Work with the marketing team to deliver targeted messaging and promotions for existing customers, driving product upgrades, add-ons, or new services.

5) Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, data science, engineering, and customer support to align product strategies with business goals.

- Lead customer and user research to identify pain points and opportunities for product and process improvement.

- Provide regular product updates, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.

6) Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure the app's offerings comply with regulatory requirements, including privacy and data protection laws.

- Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure the app's lending products are sustainable and aligned with the company's risk appetite.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 3+ years of growth experience, preferably in digital lending, fintech, or related industries.

- Good understanding of digital marketing / customer acquisition, retention strategies and funnel management

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving business goals. (must)

- Proven experience working with business metrics, financial data, and customer insights.

- Solid experience in cross-sell/upsell strategies, customer funnel optimization, and growth initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with mobile apps.

- Familiarity with CRM or MMP tools.
