About the Role :
- We are looking for a Growth Manager who will not only oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns but also focus on driving growth through strategic partnerships.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing campaign performance, exploring new media and partnership opportunities, and optimizing campaigns to achieve growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution, delivery, and optimization of various. digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, paid channels,. display, emails, affiliates, notifications, whatsapp and more).
- Growth & Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with affiliates, publishers, and external platforms that drive growth and campaign success.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to explore new collaboration opportunities.
- Campaign Monitoring: Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure that all campaigns are meeting their goals (KPIs, CTR, CPA, etc ), with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
-Affiliate and Publisher Management: Work closely with affiliates and publishers to negotiate deals, manage relationships, and optimize campaign delivery to increase revenue streams and expand the company's reach.
- Media Planning and Buying: Develop and execute media plans that align with the campaign goals and budget.
- Identify and utilize appropriate channels for maximum reach, engagement, and growth potential.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously experiment with various media channels to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall delivery efficiency.
- Ensure optimization strategies contribute to both campaign success and business growth.
- Resourceful Campaign Delivery: Explore new and existing media channels to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Growth-Oriented Strategy: Leverage marketing and partnership data to create growth focused campaigns and strategies that push the business forward.
- Work closely with business development teams to align campaign initiatives with broader growth goals.
- Marketing Funnel Understanding: Understand different stages of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion) and align campaigns accordingly to drive results.
- Collaborate with growth teams to optimize the customer journey through campaigns.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, partnership development, and growth metrics.
- Communicate optimizations, results, and growth strategies to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications:.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience managing digital campaigns, working with affiliates and publishers, media planning, campaign optimization, and managing growth partnerships.
- Digital Campaign Expertise: Proficiency in handling all types of digital campaigns, including but not limited to paid search, display, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and partnership campaigns.
