LenDenClub - Product Head (12-18 yrs)

Profile Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Head to lead and transform our product suite, identify new business opportunities, and drive innovation. This is a critical leadership role where you will define and execute product strategies, enhance user experiences, and ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant in the evolving fintech landscape.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for all LenDenClub products.

- Innovation & Development: Identify new business opportunities, drive innovation, and lead the development of new products and features.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough user and market research to understand evolving customer needs and market trends.

- Product Optimization: Propose and implement upgrades to ensure products remain relevant, appealing, and user-centric.

- Team Building: Build and mentor a high-performing product team to manage and each, marketing, and customer support, to align product strategies with organizational goals.

- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirement:

- Experience: At least 12 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and scaling new products or business lines in a digital business.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams.

- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Market Acumen: Deep understanding of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
