We're seeking a versatile digital strategist who can seamlessly bridge product experiences with compelling digital narratives. In this role, you'll shape how products come to life through user journeys and guide how brands tell their stories across digital channels.

As our Digital Strategy Lead, you'll orchestrate this convergence, ensuring our digital solutions are both functionally excellent and narratively compelling.
Your Impact:
- Design holistic digital strategies that connect product experiences with content ecosystems
- Transform user insights into both journey innovations and content opportunities
- Guide product teams on experience design while simultaneously shaping content strategy
- Create cohesive digital narratives that span from in-product messaging to social engagement
- Lead workshops that align product, marketing, and content teams around unified digital visions
- Develop measurement frameworks that track both product adoption and content engagement
- Build scalable digital systems that can evolve with user needs and market dynamics.
What You'll Own:
Product & Experience Strategy:
- Shape end-to-end user journeys across products and platforms
- Identify experience opportunities through user research and behavioral analysis
- Guide UX teams on information architecture and interaction design
- Create product content strategies that enhance usability and engagement.
Digital Communication Strategy:
- Develop content strategies that amplify product value propositions
- Design social media approaches that build community and drive adoption
- Create content frameworks that scale across channels and markets
- Guide content teams on voice, tone, and narrative development.
What You'll Bring:
- 6-8 years of experience across digital product strategy and digital marketing
- Deep understanding of both UX principles and content strategy
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from multiple data sources
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating both product thinking and creative storytelling.
The Ideal Profile:
You're a digital polymath who sees the connections between user experiences and brand narratives. You can switch effortlessly between journey mapping and content planning, understanding how each supports the other. You're equally comfortable discussing interaction patterns with product teams and content calendars with social media managers.
This role is perfect for someone who refuses to see digital strategy as siloed between product and marketing - someone who can create unified digital experiences that serve both user needs and brand goals.
