About the role:

Our revenue engine has been sales driven so far and we're now investing in our marketing engine to build a market leading brand, open up new demand generation channels and help sales close more.

You'll be the first marketing hire and the role involves building the marketing function from scratch.

What you'll do:

- The key goals are to unlock new repeatable demand generation channels, build a market-leading brand and help sales close more.

- Performance Marketing Running ads across platforms (Reddit, Google, Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube) & tracking funnels rigorously.

- Sales Enablement Doing everything possible to help our sales team close more, this includes battle cards, decks, case studies, ROI calculators, pitch optimisations and more.

- Public Relations : Oversee PR strategy and execution, working to ensure consistent messaging across all media channels, spread the Bitespeed name!.

- Website Optimization : Collaborate on keeping the website fresh and aligned with launches and customer needs.

- Partner & Account Based Marketing Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns, co-branded content with partners and execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts.

- Own Outbound Email Campaigns : Own the creation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns to engage and generate leads.

What makes you a good fit:

- You're a T-shaped marketer (sorry couldn't help myself) with depth on Product marketing.

- You like getting your hands dirty with execution and a generalist marketing role appeals to you.

Salary and Location:

Location: Bangalore.

Expected CTC: We pay top of market for the right folks and also offer generous equity (ESOP) to everyone in the team.
