Lead Software Engineer - Java/React.js (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex and scalable software features.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Craft well-documented, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote code quality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies.

- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the overall technical vision of the team.

- Estimate and manage project timelines and resources effectively.

- Proactively identify and address technical challenges and risks.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong track record of success.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring software development teams.

- In-depth knowledge of software design principles, coding best practices, and testing methodologies.

- Experience with a variety of programming languages and technologies (mention specific technologies relevant to your company).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate others

- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot for backend development.

- Proficiency in at least one of the following frontend frameworks : Vue.js, React, or Angular.

- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with PostgreSQL.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
