Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position involves full-stack development, integration, testing, operation, and maintenance of a software product within a cloud environment (GCP/PCF). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, REST APIs, and Springboot, along with experience in frontend technologies such as Angular/React. The role will require a collaborative approach to develop scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions while ensuring quality and adherence to agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions in a cloud environment (GCP/PCF) to support business processes.

- Utilize Spring, Core Java development, including Java Collections Framework, REST API, JPA, and JUnit for backend development.

- Develop presentation layer code from wireframes using Angular/React.

- Advocate for usability and maintainability while working on projects.

- Promote the use of agile methodologies and leading software engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot issues in production, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and resolve them efficiently.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Skills and Qualifications :

Required :

- 2+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.

- 1+ years of experience developing REST APIs.

- 1+ years of experience with Springboot.

- 1+ years of experience with EclipseLink/JPA for database integration.

- Hands-on experience with Angular or React.

- Cloud experience (preferably with GCP/PCF).

- Knowledge and experience with Agile Software Craftsmanship principles, including Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Test Automation.

Preferred :

- Familiarity with Java 11.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships within the team.

Experience Required :

- 5-7 years of total software development experience.
