Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Digital at Madison World located in Bengaluru.
The Head of Digital will be responsible for digital transformation, digital strategy development, project management, team leadership, and web analytics on a day-to-day basis.
- Spearhead the company's digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Utilize web analytics to track performance, identify insights, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate digital strategies across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in digital transformation and digital strategy development.
- Demonstrated project management and team leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
