Objective:

To establish a partnership framework for real estate professionals with Godrej Properties Limited, enabling collaboration on a performance-based engagement model. Under this partnership, professionals will be compensated through commissions for successful conversions.

Scope of Work:

• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Godrej Properties Limited properties to prospective clients
• Facilitate client site visits, presentations, and discussions as required.
• Address client queries and provide detailed explanations about property features, pricing, and related details.
• Assist in negotiations between clients and Godrej Properties Limited to ensure seamless conversions.
• Guide clients through the purchasing process, including documentation and legal formalities, if applicable.
• Real estate professionals will be paid a fixed percentage of the total transaction value as commission upon successful conversion of a lead into a sale.
• The specific commission percentage will be communicated and agreed upon prior to engagement.
• No upfront fees or retainers will be provided; this partnership operates solely on a performance-based model.

• Proven experience in real estate sales.
