HumanX - Digital Experience Strategist (4-8 yrs)

We're looking for Digital Experience Strategist to create the blueprint for benchmark experiences across categories.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between human understanding and business transformation, weaving rich customer insights into strategies that reshape how millions interact with brands daily.

As an Digital Experience Strategy consultant to marquee brands, you'll decode human behavior patterns and pain points, translating them into thoughtful solutions that elevate everyday experiences.

By combining deep customer empathy with strategic vision, you'll architect experiences that not only drive business growth but genuinely enhance how people engage with essential services and products at scale.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

- This a consulting role which requires an appreciation of big picture thinking along with shaping exact CX interventions that lead to a measurable lift in KPIs.

- Colloborate with stakeholders in Business, Product, Design & Technology leaders in the client organization to shape their Digital Experience Blueprint.

- Conduct research and draw insights that lead to actionable ideas and interventions for the CX Design team.

- Decode insights from user behaviour data (GA / App data / other relevant platforms) and propose meaningful data-driven recommendations.

- Conduct workshops to get diverse points of view on the table and translate the same into a meaningful brief for the Product / Experience Design teams at HumanX.

- Focus on shaping behaviour change that leads to measurable impact for the client.

Candidate Profile:.

- 4-8 years of work experience in Brand Planning, Digital Strategy, Experience Mapping, Journey Design.

- You may not have mastered it all, but you have depth in at least one of these areas and first principles thinking for the rest.

- Knowledge and implementation of core CX principles, including customer research, strategy and experience design mapping.

- Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and with a team consisting of executives, project stakeholders and project team members.
