Specifically, your role entails:
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
Ensure a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and employee engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain accurate records related to employment, such as personnel files, time-off requests, and attendance.
Support the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set performance goals and address performance issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
