HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.
• Ensure workplace safety and a positive work culture.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports for management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: MBA or PG Diploma in HR, or a relevant degree.
• Experience: 5+ years in HR roles, preferably with managerial experience.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and data management.
