Job Title - Assistant Manager

Position Summary:(Purpose, expected results & degree of freedom)Implement and Coordinate HR Processes /Activities, Recruitment, Employee Training & Development and, address employee concerns and grievances. Shall work under the guidance of VP-HR & Admn.

Principle Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
• Assist in training and development programs for employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
• Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR analytics to aid decision-making.
• Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Exposure on ERP Software is must
