Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of our telesales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee engagement, and talent retention in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:

1 Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Hire high-performing telesales executives to meet staffing needs.
  • Onboard and train new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Responsible for the timely triggering of probation assessment and completion of confirmation process with in timelines.


Performance Management & Training

  • Monitor employee performance and implement KPIs (sales targets, call quality, etc.).
  • Develop training sessions to boost telesales skills and product knowledge.


Employee Engagement, Payroll & Retention

  • Create strategies to keep employees happy and reduce attrition.
  • Handle grievances, resolve conflict, and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Manage payroll and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).


4 Compliance & HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure all policies and labor laws are followed.
  • Maintain attendance records and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Address disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Conducting Exit interviews religiously and analyze the key reason for employee separations
  • Be willing to travel as needed.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR, ideally in telesales, call centers, or BPOs.
  • Recruitment: Proven success in hiring for high-volume sales teams.
  • Training & Development: Ability to design programs that improve performance
  • Employee Relations: Skilled in conflict resolution and engagement.
  • Sales Mindset: Familiar with telesales operations and team motivation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (PGDBA/MBA in HR preferred)
