Fabrication Production Engineers/Supervisors

The Fabrication Production Supervisor/Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production processes involved in the manufacturing of transmission towers. This role involves managing the fabrication process Like Welding,Bending,Notching,, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement to achieve high-quality production outcomes.

• Production Supervision:
  
• Oversee daily operations in the fabrication department, ensuring production schedules are met.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including welders, machinists, and other technicians.
• Monitor and maintain production quality and performance standards.
• Process Optimization:
  
• Implement and manage efficient fabrication processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
• Develop and execute plans for improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
• Quality Assurance:
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality and integrity of fabricated components.
