Role & responsibilities

Execute production plans to achieve Production Targets as per quality and productions norms.

Preferred candidate profile

• Execute daily production plans in coordination with planning department as per product specification, quality and production norms.
• To allocate resources like Manpower Resources, Raw Material, consumables to achieve the Production targets and optimizes the output.
• Coordinate with concerned departments for timely availability of Consumables and Raw Materials etc.
• To monitor the process as it should be as per quality and production norms.
• To co-ordinate with QC department for ensuring the quality of Raw materials, Intermediates & Finished products.
• To ensure zero accidents & incident and that all the jobs being performed are in compliance with safety norms.
• Prepare and share Production Reports with the Management as desired.
• Continuously strive for process optimization, process development and to enhance operational efficiency through innovations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Team timely Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance.
