HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance of the organization. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented to support organizational goals and maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts. Foster a positive organizational culture and ensure effective communication.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes. Assist with employee development and training programs.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and company policies. Update HR policies as needed.
• Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Employee Retention: Develop strategies to retain top talent and maintain employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
