Job Description:

• Current job scope is 50% recruitment, 50% HR generalist. Future job scope will be 40% recruitment, 60% HR generalist.
• Experience of the full process of recruitment.
• Experience of full process for generalist profile.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Should have good communication skills and good people management.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Masters degree in the related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment & generalist activities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Should be able to join immediately or within a week.
