Key skills for the job
1.Monitor Site Attendance & Leave and address wherever critical as focus area.
2.Monitor Pending Grievances and drive it with respective HR Executive
3.Resolve Queries/Document signing coming from HR Team pertaining to Ops or
Recruitment at allotted time only
4.Connect with User as part of courtsey connect and to check on well being of site - share any concerns to respective HR Exec
5.Monitor F&Fs & Offer Letter status, Intervene wherever the timeline is exceeding
6.Monitor Salary Process, Drive Effectiveness and accuracy in timely Salary release.
7.Have continuous development dialogue with Team on one-one basis, conscioucly to increase engagement and help solve issues.
8.Monitor performance of Individuals through Performance management system and have regular feedback session
9.Monitor the P&L of sites on Monthly basis, talk to user for corrective actions in case of stuck bills.
10.Carry out structured Audit for HR Process & System, and document the same.
11.Monitor the effectiveness of training and selection ratio, come up with ways to make training strong function.
