Responsibilities
Employee Relations
-Foster positive employee-employer relationships by addressing concerns and
promoting a healthy work environment
-Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and disputes to maintain a harmonious
workplace
Performance Management
-Administer and facilitate performance appraisal processes, performance
improvement plan (PIP), assisting managers and employees in setting goals and
improving performance
Compensation and Benefits
-Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and
compliance
-Collaborate with payroll and finance departments to guarantee timely and precise
compensation processing
Compliance and Legal
-Stay up-to-date with labor laws, PF, ESIC and regulations, ensuring HR practices
adhere to legal requirements
-Handle compliance-related documentation and reporting
Employee Engagement
-Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale,
and retention
-Conduct surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement
Attendance and Leave Management
-Manage attendance records, leaves Management, Maternity leave and time
tracking systems
-Ensure adherence to attendance and leave policies, and address discrepancies
Induction
-Plan and conduct effective employee onboarding and orientation programs
-Assist new employees in acclimating to the organization and its culture
Grievance Handling
-Receive and investigate 200 employee grievances, following a fair and
confidential process
-Work towards satisfactory resolution and document the outcome
Recruitment
-Participate in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening
candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
-Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Exit Formalities
-Oversee the exit process, conducting exit interviews and handling necessary
documentation
Joining Formalities
-Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation,
training, and orientation
-Facilitate a seamless and welcoming experience for new employees
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
