Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Leader to drive technical solutioning, customer engagement, and deal conversions.
This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Enterprise Software Solutions (ERP, Custom Software, etc.), who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and can collaborate across teams to win large accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead pre-sales engagements, craft compelling demos, and build PoCs tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
Engage with C-suite executives and IT leaders to define solution architecture and business value.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and drive thought leadership in the domain.
Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and RFP responses.
Train and mentor the sales & delivery teams on product positioning and value articulation.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in pre-sales for enterprise solutions (ERP, Custom Software, NoCode, AI, etc.).
Strong technical understanding of software architecture, integration, and digital transformation.
Proven track record of winning deals and building strong customer relationships.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment high ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience in NoCode / LowCode platforms.
Exposure to SaaS and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
Understanding of global enterprise sales (UAE, US, etc.).
