About the role:
This role is responsible for understanding the customer problem statement and coming up with solutions using Hubblers platform capabilities and providing value-based benefits to Hubblers customers.
Key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to,
Work with team to frame a good strategy for the international market acquisition and go aggressive with execution
As a sales leader, we believe hunting is always required. Generating opportunities through your own connections, network and market-insights.
Driving the end to end sales life cycle for all the international leads from the first discovery call to deal closure.
Experience
6+ years of SaaS selling experience in the international market, with an overall career background of 10+ years.
Drive calls with prospective clients to register the highest possible conversion rate
Skills to understand customers requirements and make right decisions about qualifying or disqualifying them.
Learning tech products to confidently driving demo-calls with clients
Taking key hiring decisions to expand your team
Handle engaging conversations with international clients
Managing team and helping them to achieve their KPIs
Defining international sales KPIs
Skills and Qualifications
Educated to Master degree level preferred but not essential
6+ years of SaaS selling experience in the international market, with an overall career background of 10+ years.
Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a can do attitude
Any experience in Low code or No code platform will be an advantage
Needs to have a tempo to be part of a successful start-up core team
