Job Overview: We are seeking Deputy Manager- Presales based at Noida, this role coordinates the different actors of Smart Biometrics in order to build a coherent and comprehensive offer, together with price and project plan and communicate it to our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handles major bids
• Ensures bids are aligned with organization objectives: help sales present bids to Bid/no Bid decision meetings
• Manages bids and proposal processes
• Acts to understand customer business needs and identifies potential products in relation to IDEMIAs product roadmap. Engage with accurate stakeholders (architects, product managers) to build a comprehensive solution answering the customer's needs.
• Coordinates final validation for applicable solution with IDEMIA stakeholders
• Documents and challenges the costing for products and services
• Establish prices on the basis of costs estimated by the different stakeholders and the strategy of the company
• Writes and coordinates writing of technical responses to customer's solicitations (direct discussions, tenders).
• Ensures proper governance of DOA (Delegation of Authority): Follows the right process adjustment and presents offers in the accurate governance meeting
• Promotes the solution offered to customers
• Pitches and promotes IDEMIA portfolio to customers
• Demonstrates Smart Bio's products to customers
• Is main contact point for technical topics between customers and IDEMIA during pre-sales phases
• Works in autonomy, with minimal supervision
• Maintains a good knowledge of competitive landscape of the market
• Maintains standard offers
• Maintains pricing standard offers
• Creates new offers when required
