Assistant Manager - HR Analytics

Objective

The incumbent will analyze HR related data and reports to advise changes in existing practices for better capturing and managing the business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the HR team to interpret data and provide various trend analysis
• Responsible for development, support, maintenance, and implementation of small & medium projects and change activities
• Analyzing and evaluating data, reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements
• Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Power BI report solutions.
• Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company
• Translating stakeholders' requirements into reporting deliverables.
• Delivering ad hoc reports
• Reviewing reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report.
• Preparing HR Dashboard on Power BI and achieve KPI of Data driven HR

Nice to Have Areas

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering
• 4+ years of experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to analyze & interpret large & complex data set
• Able to think "out-of-the-box"
• Able to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
