Job Profile

1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans.

2. Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations.

3. Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals including Lab technicians , coordinators, supervisors, Phlebotomists in the division

4. Resource Allocation & Management: Manage resources efficiently for various areas

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure quality standards are met.

6. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

7. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report performance data.

8. Innovation & Improvement: Implement innovative solutions.

9. Budgeting & Financial Management: Manage divisional budgets.

10 Risk Management: Mitigate potential risks.

11. Business development: Organizing, implementing and monitoring health camps in all districts of the division

12. Turn Around Time management: Responsible to coordinate and maintain the turn around time for providing the soft and hard copies of tests reports in all districts of the division with zero compliant

13. Training : Providing training to Lab coordinators, Phlebotomist coordinators, Phlebotomist, Lab Technicians , senior phlebotomist coordinators and District coordinators in all districts of the division and evaluate their performance monitoring , implement corrective actions and strict monitoring

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex operations within laboratory diagnosis. The Divisional Manager must ensure that the division operates efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with all relevant standards in all the districts. The Divisional manager to coordinate and ensure nil customer complaints from the hospital medical officers, patients , Civil surgeons with respect to timely delivery of test reports, quality of test reports and ensure proper diagnosis and health management for the patient.

Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01.01.2025

Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 25000 - 45000 (for Deputy Manager)

Qualification:

Essential: MBA- in Health Care Management / MSc in Medical Microbiology/Medical Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology / MLT / Biochemistry / Health Sciences.

OR

BSc with PGDMLT

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: For Post Graduates, minimum 3 years experience in government sector healthcare project management, medical diagnostic lab management, healthcare camp implementation.

For Graduates, minimum 3 years experience in government sector healthcare project management, medical diagnostic lab management, healthcare camp implementation.
