# To be involved in monitoring the day-to-day patient management of the dialysis centres assigned in the Division/District.

# Assess the clinical and/or any co morbid illness; thus, evaluating the quality of treatment happening in the centres.

# Evaluate the clinical performance of the centres and suggest the actions for improvement.

# Monitor and evaluate the infection control mechanisms and ensure continuous improvement.

# To develop and undertake continuous training programs for the staff

# To coordinate with the Nephrologists and take necessary actions, prepare the protocols, time-to-time.

# Coordinate with Medical Officers, Centre in-charges of each Centre.

# Coordinate with District and Divisional Health Authorities for smooth implementation of the program.

# Coordination with Central Medical Officers regarding the functioning.

# Ensure implementation of all guidelines and SOPs.

# Visit to the assigned centres to monitor the functioning.

Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01.01.2025

Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 30000 - 50000 (for Manager) / Rs. 25000 - 45000 (for Deputy Manager)

Qualification:

Essential: MBBS with experience in Dialysis / ICU / Emergency Medicine in a 30+ bedded hospital.

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: For Manager, minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience.

For Deputy Manager, minimum 2 years of relevant post qualification experience.
