Job Profile
# To be involved in monitoring the day-to-day patient management of the dialysis centres assigned.
# Assess the clinical and/or any co morbid illness; thus, evaluating the quality of treatment happening in the centres.
# Evaluate the clinical performance of the centres and suggest the actions for improvement.
# Monitor and evaluate the infection control mechanisms and ensure continuous improvement.
# To develop and undertake continuous training programs for the staff
# To coordinate with the Nephrologists and take necessary actions, prepare the protocols, time-to-time.
# Coordinate with District Medical Officers and Medical Officers of each Centre.
# Ensure implementation of all guidelines and SOPs.
# Visit to the assigned centres to monitor the functioning.
Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01.01.2025
Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 30000 - 50000 (for Manager) / Rs. 25000 - 45000 (for Deputy Manager)
Qualification:
Essential: MBBS with experience in Dialysis / ICU / Emergency Medicine in a 30+ bedded hospital.
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: For Manager, minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
For Deputy Manager, minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
